The main activities of Raffinato are personnel training. It started with training sessions in sales techniques and has over the years developed to cover nearly all areas about interaction between people and how people influence each others. During the last years most of our resources has been tied up in producing training for groups aiming to take diplomas in management and entrepreneurship (special exams issued by the Finnish Government) These trainings have been carried out in co-operation with our cooperation partner Ab Persona Nova Oy

An other important cooperation partner is Oy Integro Ab that provides the PEILI test. We have been using that test in tranings in interaction, leadership, sales, well-being in the work place etc.
