Raffinato - personnel training in management, leadership, sales, negotiation skills, marketing and customer service

Our task is to give inspiration, motivation, knowledge and attitudes that improve the accomplishments of our customers’ organizations and at the end of the day give the customers better business.

Raffinato offers professional personnel training in leadership, management, sales, negotiation techniques, marketing and customer service but also business management consulting, e.g. in creating business and marketing plans.

The most essential elements in our way of working is professionalism, commitment, focus on customer’s benefit and anthropocentrism.

Raffinato works from Vaasa in Finland but with customers anywhere in the world.

Why cooperate with Raffinato?

  • we deliver our own products, i.e. the person standing in front of the student has created the material used and therefore understand what it is all about. This gives the possibility to be
  • sharp-eared, flexible and adaptable to customer’s needs, expectation and wishes. If we together with the client after a morning session of training notice that the program we have planned for the afternoon needs to be changed, we can do it. We are extremely proud of our capability to customize our products to suit the need, expectations and requsts of our customers.
  • a steady platform of experience makes our training and consulting anchored in reality.
  • our commitment to delivering services that have an effect on our client’s business is deeply personal. The success of the client is our passion.
  • our enthusiasm and our compelling way of presenting our information is our most important characteristic. Very few have managed to fall asleep in Raffinato’s training sessions!
  • multilingualism is a demand that many organizations have to meet today. We work in English, Finnish and Swedish.
One person with passion is better than forty people merely interested.
