Master of Political Sciences Rafael Frans owns Raffinato Ab. Rafael has a broadly-based education and a steady platform of experience. He has completed IBM’s demanding training for sales representatives in the USA, the Program for Marketing Management in The Marketing Institute of Helsinki and many other trainings focusing on management, leadership, communication and presentation techniques.

Rafael is an experienced personnel trainer and his training sessions in leadership, management, servicedevelopment, sales and presentation techniques has bee highly appreciated among participants in Finland as well as in Sweden.

In his home region, Ostrbothnia, Rafael is also know for his work with amateur teater. The productions he directed in the 1980’s and 1990’s were seen by an audience of totally more than 50.000 people.
